I got tired of searching for photo-safe (acid-free, lignin free) scrapbooking supplies in Israel. So, after about 3 years in research & development (like how I threw in the jargon?), The Scrapbooker finally came into fruition. And yes, it’s true that scrapbooking amongst Israelis exists, but I didn’t discover that until after I opened up the store. Besides, it’s just sooo much easier to do things in English since it’s my native tongue.
The best part about owning a scrapbooking supplies store in Israel is meeting all the fellow scrappers and sharing ideas. So much fun! My dream one day is to organize a scrapbook convention right here in the Holy Land!
