It’s official… I HATE PAPERWORK! How fun it is to run workshops and teach scrapbooking. To share ideas with fellow scrappers and to just scrap the days away, filling up my time with memories, photos, glue sticks and stickers.
Alas, my time always seems to be filled with the administrative duties of a small business owner. My current scrapbook is SIX MONTHS behind and I long to scrap another page. I talk about finding time, making time, sorting out the time in order to create more pages in my album and yet I fail to put anything into practice. So pathetic I can be.
However, on the brighter side of things, the business is growing. I’ve been training the new employees, while catching up on paper work. Implementing new ideas and expanding the business is time consuming and alas I admit that my time is consumed with work and not scrappin’ an actual page. At least I’m not wasting time, sitting around watching TV or something like that. I call it the woes of business.
BY THE WAY!!!! I’m doing scrapbook camp again this summer. Somebody just shoot me now! I must be insane! After all that, I can’t help it. Not just because it’s great money, but because it really was a lot of fun. Yes… I had 11 teeny boppers in one room scrappin’ away, but let’s face it… all that untamed energy and untapped creativity was invigorating! I love scrapbook camp. So much so… I’m doing three whole weeks of it this year! Look out world, here I come!
