It’s not easy being a boss… but even harder is the transition from being a “employee” to an employER. Once my decision is made, I become responsible for another persons livelihood.
The truth is, though, I don’t mind that. What’s difficult for me is making a decision. How do I choose just one scrapper? Actually… two, but let’s not get hung up on details.
Yes, it’s true, just a couple of posts ago I was complaining about the interviews. But a few more interviews and I realized there are some awesome scrappers out there who deserve the job. In fact, they all do. Yet, I must choose.
Hmmm? So who shall it be?
Can I tell you the silver-lining? I got to see a lot of albums last week. So much FUN! Alas, all good things come to an end… decisions, decisions.

I know you aren’t in the South, but I think about my scrapbookers around the world when I hear about violence in the news.
